Dear Residents:
The lifeguards have been informed that they are not to let anyone in the pool without a registered card. This means that if you swipe your pool card and it does not let you in, you will not be let in by the lifeguards. If you have any issues, please send an email to Mandy Johnson at majohnson@spectrumam.com.
Also, every family has a limit of 4 guests per household only. This family member has to be at the pool with their guests at all times.
Children 14 years and under must be accompanied by an adult guardian at all times. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervision of children.
Any person 15 years old or older must enter the pool with a registered card.
NOTE: If any resident is not abiding by Majestic Oaks Pool Rules or the pool rules sent forth by American Pool and enforced by the lifeguards, then that resident’s pool card will be deactivated immediately.
