The baby pool will be closed for one day to repair a chip. There will be chairs around it with caution tape. This is just a notification for the community right now.
Three upcoming events
(1) Water Aerobics – FREE
Starts Tuesday, June 2 at 6:00 – 7:00 pm at Majestic Oaks Pool, then every Tuesday and Thursday at the same time.
(2) Dive-In-Movie Night
Friday, June 26 starting at DUSK 8:30 pm Please be there by 8:15 pm. Movie starts on time.
At Majestic Oaks Pool – bring chairs. Pizza and popcorn will be served.
Movie: Godzilla X King Kong – The New Empire. See you there!
(3) 4th of July Parade on Saturday, July 4th at 9:00 am
Come all kids and teenagers and walk, ride bikes, skateboards, skates following Klein’s firetruck and get prizes. Sign up at the Pool.
Pool season 2026
The Majestic Oaks Pool opens at 10:00 am on Saturday, May 2nd.
New Residents who have not requested a card can pick up their cards on this date from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm.
Everyone’s card should be working starting May 2nd.
If you miss this date, then you will have to pick up your card from Beacon Management.

Spring Community Garage Sale

Pine Beetle Notification
We would like to bring to your attention that the board has been made aware of several pine trees in the community that have been infested with pine beetles. Pine beetles will kill the pine trees once infested. We are asking that any homes with dead pine trees please remove them before they become a safety hazard. Please contact your landscaper or an arborist to learn more about pine beetles.

Last week of pool season
The pool will close for the season this coming Sunday, September 28. The opening hours on that day will be 10 am till 8 pm. After that the pool will remain closed until next season in 2026. The opening dates will be posted in the Spring once they have been confirmed.
