Pool Rules

  • The lifeguard has full and final authority on all matters concerning the pool.
  • Guests are permitted only with a resident with a current facility pass, 4 guest per household.  A resident may not sponsor another Majestic Oaks resident as a guest.
  • Children 14 years old and under must be accompanied by an adult guardian. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervision of children.
  • Lifeguards only in the guardroom and pump room.
  • No diving.
  • No running or excessive horseplay.
  • No floating devices (floaties, rafts, inner tubes, etc.) during high occupancy.  Toys are allowed (only soft materials) at lifeguard’s discretion.
  • No loud, abusive, vulgar language.
  • No pets, except service animals, are allowed in the pool area.
  • No electrical cords, battery operated radios only at a low volume.
  • No glass items in pool or pool areas.
  • No food, drinks, or gum in the pool.
  • No alcoholic beverages.
  • No smoking, vaping or illicit drugs allowed in pool area.
  • Appropriate swim wear only No cut offs or street clothes allowed.
  • Patrons with bandages or open wounds are not allowed in the pool.
  • There will be a safety break of 10 mins at 10 mins until the hour, each hour the pool is open except the last hour. 
  • Babies and Toddlers MUST wear swim diapers.
  • Shower before entering the pool.

The Association reserves the right to revoke pool privileges to any resident or guest who has delinquent association fees.  The Association reserves the right to revoke pool privileges for any resident or guest should they cause an unsafe or unpleasant environment at the pool.

These rules are subject to change by the Majestic Oaks Board of Directors.
