With this weekend being July 4th, we wanted to remind residents that the pool will be open on Monday, July 4th and will be closed on Tuesday, July 5th for cleaning.
We hope you all have a safe and fun July 4th weekend.
It has been reported that several signs have been removed from the pool fence and they appear to have been ripped off of the fence. As a reminder, there are cameras in place to monitor the pool and pool area and this issue is currently under investigation by the association.
Once the person(s) have been identified, their pool card for the household will be deactivated for the remainder of the pool season, damage fees will be applied to the account as well as potential fines.
Please keep in mind that when vandalism is done to the common areas within the community, homeowners are responsible for paying for the repairs.
If you happen to have any information regarding vandalism in the common areas of Majestic Oaks, please report it to FirstService Residential at the 24/7 Customer Care Center at: 877.253.9689 or email contactus.tx@fsresidential.com.
We ask that parents share this information with their kids as well.
Thank you in advance for getting involved in your community and for helping make this pool season a successful one.
The pool will be open for Memorial Day from 12:00PM – 8:00PM with an attendant present. The pool schedule is provided below for residents.
Please note that the pool will not have an attendant until 12:00pm each day. There will not be a lifeguard at the pool; therefore it is “Swim at Your Own Risk”.

Our pool will open on Saturday, May 7th at 12:00 PM. At 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM we will have pool card registration for new homeowners and will check other cards for activation.
Residents who have cards from last year, please bring your cards to check for activation at this time. Below you will find the pool schedule for this year:
Monday – Closed
Tuesday – Saturday 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Sunday – 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM
If Monday is a holiday then the pool will open on Monday but close on Tuesday for cleaning. We will start our year with an attendant which means no lifeguards will be on duty for the first 30 days and we will decide if we want to keep it this way for the remainder of the year.
Please note: Residents should only be parking by the pool and park when they are using those amenities. Residents who are not using the pool and/or park need to park their vehicles in their driveway. We appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to a great pool season.
The lifeguards have been informed that they are not to let anyone in the pool without a registered card. This means that if you swipe your pool card and it does not let you in, you will not be let in by the lifeguards. If you have any issues, please send an email to Mandy Johnson at majohnson@spectrumam.com.
Also, every family has a limit of 4 guests per household only. This family member has to be at the pool with their guests at all times.
Children 14 years and under must be accompanied by an adult guardian at all times. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervision of children.
Any person 15 years old or older must enter the pool with a registered card.
NOTE: If any resident is not abiding by Majestic Oaks Pool Rules or the pool rules sent forth by American Pool and enforced by the lifeguards, then that resident’s pool card will be deactivated immediately.

In preparation for the 2021 pool season, Majestic Oaks will have a registration for pool devices in the community. The registration process allows us to update and clean our records and ensure that only current Majestic Oaks residents will have access to the pool area. You must have a zero balance on your account to register your device.
Who does this affect?
Everyone in the community, as all homeowners will need to register their pool device. Otherwise, your device(s) will not work when the pool opens.
When does this need to be completed by?
Please complete this form as soon as you can, as waiting until the last moment could cause delays and postpone your pool access.
