Our community MUD representative, Andrea Scott, reported the following from the recent Charterwood MUD meeting:

MUD meetings are held every 4th Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. at the Charterwood Administration Activities Building located at 16444 Cutten Road.

Grown-up Movie Night

Dear Residents,

As a reminder, we are hosting a grown-up movie night at the pool on Friday, August 18th at 7:30 pm – 10:30 pm. The screening that will be showing is The Meg.

Please bring your own chairs and drinks (sodas, juices). We will provide hot dogs, popcorn and water.

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THE MOVIE SELECTION MAY NOT BE APPROPRIATE FOR CHILDREN. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING.

Pool Closed

Dear Residents,

Please note that the Majestic Oaks Pool is closed.The MUD is graciously repairing the pool entrance and adding a sidewalk that will go directly to the Dog Park. The engineer at the pool says the work has to be inspected today before the pouring of the concrete. The concrete will be poured on Wednesday. If all goes according to plan, the pool will open on Thursday.

Continued pool closure

Good evening Residents,

We are totally behind schedule in opening the pool as we have run into problems with refilling it. We were told this would take a day to refill but it has now taken 1½ days to fill. Finally, the pool is where it needs to be to start the cleaning process. As of 5 p.m. Wednesday we’ve just learned that it cannot open Thursday.

Friday (July 28) the pool will open at its regularly scheduled hours from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm.

We appreciate your patience as we work to get the pool fully functional for the rest of the summer.

Dear Residents,

Due to the light repair inside the pool, the pool will be closed for the day on Tuesday, July 25, 2023 in order to be properly drained and refilled.

We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause and appreciate your patience with this matter.

Dive-in movie night reminder

Please join us for Majestic Oaks HOA Dive-in-Movie Night!

This event will be held Friday, July 14, 2023, at 8:30 pm – 10:00 pm.

Food and popcorn will be served at 7:30 pm and the movie, Boss Baby, will start at 8:30 pm. Please bring your own chairs.
