The Fall Community Garage Sale is scheduled for Saturday, October 8, 2022.

Residents that wish to participate may display their items in their own driveways (not in the streets or the common areas please).

Individual signs may be posted on the day of the event but must be removed immediately following.

Updated Pool Hours

Dear Residents, 

The Board of Directors asked that Management send an update out regarding the pool hours, please see information below.

The pool will be open on weekends only beginning on Saturday, August 20th.

The pool hours will be as follows:

Saturday 10:00am – 8:00pm

Sunday 10:00am – 6:00pm

The pool will be open on Labor Day from 10:00am to 8:00pm.

The last day the pool will be open is Sunday, September 25th from 10:00am to 8:00pm

Community Update

Dear Residents, 

Your Board of Directors has had an issue brought to their attention that may affect all owners. The frequency of unsolicited offers to buy homes in Majestic Oaks has skyrocketed. Most, if not all of these offers are funded by investment buyers, not real estate companies working for potential single-family buyers.

The board has looked into amending the deed restrictions to prevent rentals by investor-owners unless they have lived in the home for a minimum of two (2) years. After consulting with legal counsel, their opinion is that even with a restriction requiring the owner of the property to live in the home for two years, it would likely be unenforceable except under very limited circumstances.

We have, therefore, decided not to proceed with this effort.

Pool Phone and Upcoming Changes to Pool Hours

Dear Majestic Oaks Homeowners,

We have a new pool phone for 911 Emergencies that has a live connection straight to 911.

Now that school is scheduled to start soon, we will be making changes to the days that the pool will remain open. The pool hours will remain the same days and hours until Saturday, August 20th.

Beginning on August 20th the pool will be opening on weekends only until Sunday, September 25, 2022.

The pool will also be open on Labor Day from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm.

Board Meeting Notice

Dear Majestic Oaks Owners, 
We are pleased to invite you to attend the upcoming Board of Directors meeting on July 14, 2022 beginning at 6:00 pm.  

As a reminder, the executive session is closed to board members only.

The open session of the meeting will begin at 6:30 pm in which all owners are invited to attend.

The meeting will take place in person at the Charterwood Admin Building located at 16444 Cutten Rd, Houston, TX 77070.

Pool update: 4th July weekend

With this weekend being July 4th, we wanted to remind residents that the pool will be open on Monday, July 4th and will be closed on Tuesday, July 5th for cleaning.

Pool sign vandalism

Message from the Board of Directors.

It has been reported that several signs have been removed from the pool fence and they appear to have been ripped off of the fence. As a reminder, there are cameras in place to monitor the pool and pool area and this issue is currently under investigation by the association.

Once the person(s) have been identified, their pool card for the household will be deactivated for the remainder of the pool season, damage fees will be applied to the account as well as potential fines.

Please keep in mind that when vandalism is done to the common areas within the community, homeowners are responsible for paying for the repairs.
