As required by the governing documents of Majestic Oaks Homeowners Association, an Annual Meeting of the Members will be held on Thursday, February 11, 2021,at 6:30 p.m..

The meeting will be held via conference call.

The meeting will be held for the following purposes:
1. To elect 2 new Board Member(s).
2. To transact any other properly presented business.

If you plan to attend the meeting, please arrive 15 minutes early to sign in and receive your materials. The meeting will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m. 

If you are unable to attend the meeting, please complete ONE of the voting options on the back of this form and return it to Spectrum Association Management following the instructions. The deadline to return this form is Tuesday, February 9, 2021.
