Pool Phone and Upcoming Changes to Pool Hours

Dear Majestic Oaks Homeowners,

We have a new pool phone for 911 Emergencies that has a live connection straight to 911.

Now that school is scheduled to start soon, we will be making changes to the days that the pool will remain open. The pool hours will remain the same days and hours until Saturday, August 20th.

Beginning on August 20th the pool will be opening on weekends only until Sunday, September 25, 2022.

The pool will also be open on Labor Day from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm.

Board Meeting Notice

Dear Majestic Oaks Owners, 
We are pleased to invite you to attend the upcoming Board of Directors meeting on July 14, 2022 beginning at 6:00 pm.  

As a reminder, the executive session is closed to board members only.

The open session of the meeting will begin at 6:30 pm in which all owners are invited to attend.

The meeting will take place in person at the Charterwood Admin Building located at 16444 Cutten Rd, Houston, TX 77070.

Pool update: 4th July weekend

With this weekend being July 4th, we wanted to remind residents that the pool will be open on Monday, July 4th and will be closed on Tuesday, July 5th for cleaning.

Pool sign vandalism

Message from the Board of Directors.

It has been reported that several signs have been removed from the pool fence and they appear to have been ripped off of the fence. As a reminder, there are cameras in place to monitor the pool and pool area and this issue is currently under investigation by the association.

Once the person(s) have been identified, their pool card for the household will be deactivated for the remainder of the pool season, damage fees will be applied to the account as well as potential fines.

Please keep in mind that when vandalism is done to the common areas within the community, homeowners are responsible for paying for the repairs.

If you happen to have any information regarding vandalism in the common areas of Majestic Oaks, please report it to FirstService Residential at the 24/7 Customer Care Center at: 877.253.9689 or email contactus.tx@fsresidential.com.

We ask that parents share this information with their kids as well.

Pool Hours & Memorial Day

Dear Majestic Oaks Residents,


The pool will be open for Memorial Day from 12:00PM – 8:00PM with an attendant present.
The pool schedule is provided below for residents. 

Please note that the pool will not have an attendant until 12:00pm each day.  There will not be a lifeguard at the pool; therefore it is  “Swim at Your Own Risk”.


Pool Schedule starting Saturday, June 4th

Mondays – Pool closed for cleaning

Tuesdays – Saturdays – 10:00AM to 8:00 PM (10AM – 12PM use pool card for access)

Sundays – 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (10AM – 12PM use pool card for access)

*If holidays fall on a Monday, the pool will be closed on Tuesday for cleaning.
Should residents experience any issues with their access card, please contact Shared Services at shared.mos@fsresidential.com and they would be more than happy to assist you.

Pool opening update, and water aerobics!

The pool opened last Saturday, May 7th at 12:00 PM. The Board Members will be onsite again this Saturday from 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM for pool card registration for new homeowners and will check other cards for activation. Residents who have cards from last year, please bring your cards to check for activation at this time.

Below is the revised pool schedule for the 2022 calendar year:

WEEKENDS ONLY UNTIL JUNE 4TH.

THE SEASON WILL END ON LABOR DAY.

Monday – Closed

Tuesday – Saturday 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Sunday – 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM

If Monday is a holiday then the pool will open on Monday and closed on Tuesday for cleaning. We will start our year with an attendant which means no lifeguards will be on duty for the first 30-days and we will decide if we want to keep it this way for the remainder of the year.

Water aerobics classes will be held free of charge starting this Saturday, May 14th from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and will continue on the following schedule:

Saturday 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM

Tuesdays and Wednesdays 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM
